McCain vs Obama

Have to write something about the hottest issues at Hand...'Our Elections'

Last night they concluded with the final debate.....Obama vs McCain and now there are polls all over the news networks giving statistics about who won??? My vote goes for OBbie babby...:-)

Well, I think Obama definitely tried to wear his opponent out...He kept his cool in spite of McCain's relentless sarcastic smile and all that eyeball rolling....it would have made me get off my chair and clobber my opponent...:-) If only more people can control their temper in face of rude, angry man like McCain....!

McCain said Obama is totally inexperienced for the job..well did you also hear him say, if he wanted to compete with Dubya ...he should have ran the election 4 yrs ago? whats up with that self contradiction??

I wish people ignore the skin tone and vote based on his abilities, temperament and genuinety.

and can you imagine being in US where god forbid something happens to McCain..and Palin take over Oval office??? OMG

Do Pets Talk??

For all you Marathi readers we are familiar with "Maaze Paliv Praniv" by our very own PuLA...!

When I read and listen to PuLA talk about the 'characters' who interpret their pets behaviour and actions...I was so amused and ofcourse laughed away making fun of those people...but hey guess what, now I have my own dogs and cats....four handsome gorgeous pets, and I see me turning into one of PULA's characters :-)) My husband already was and still is...but am I too???

Oh no I should stop before I become a subject of someone like PULA.....but its true...animals do talk to you in their own expressive ways :-)) :-)) They understand your feelings and your moods....!

My dog Snowy is very smart and knows how to get treat's from me.....how does he manage to do that without saying anything?? Kids ask me for things everyday and even with them being vocal about it, they only get their wishes granted.... oh i dont know 3 out of 10 times...? but my dog wins every time...and what does he do...."gives me that one look"...!! Aah so powerless I feel :-)

Same goes for my sweet lil Cat "Fluffy"....Kids arent allowed to jump on my bed...nor our my dogs...but Fluffy wins every time....without saying anything, how does she manage to get what she wants?? She gets tha extra priviledge of jumping on my bed...climbing on my tummy and getting attention without being throw out of my room....even when am watching my favourite "Sa Re Ga MA Pa" :-)

Well...its admiring that animals without saying anything get everything they wants from us powerless humans....how Can I be like them???

About that Special Someone in My Life

My husband is my mentor, my love and my guiding light and seems very harsh at times...but truth be told... I have never gone wrong by following his 'advice' ...!

I can write a book about him and hope to do so one day... ... but for today just a lil poem....

Drive muscle sports cars so passionately..!

He is the only man I know who cooks fabulously &
Repairs anything under the sun so enthusiastically...!

He is the only man I know who can lay his own wooden floors and polish them neatly...
Only to let his pets soil them promptly.

He is the only man I know who can be tough as a coconut ...
Yet so sweet and tender again like a coconut...!

He is the only man I know who can lead organizations so Strictly...
Yet will dance to an eight year olds tunes so easily...!

He is the only man I know who cannot dance swiftly...
But will do it anyway just to make me smiley...!

He is the only man I know who is so 'left' politically...
yet wished I wore a Burkha 'secretly'..!

He is the only man I know who will take his lunch so lightly...
But never forget to bring flowers so delightly...!
